In the style of late Warring States period bronze covered ding ritual tripod vessel, of grey buff fired pottery, animal form short legs supporting a wide bowl incised to exterior with a bowstring line, oblong form angular handles, the cover shallow domed and with three small feet of tripartite cloud silhouette, the cover and upper body painted in unfired pigment in imitation of early lacquer wares. Unadorned interior.
