The circular dish with a slightly sunken central roundel depicting scholars and attendants relaxing in a garden, surrounded by a flared curving cavetto with six bracket lobes, entirely painted in a deep vermillion lacquer except for the base with dark brown lacquer, age cracks. Six-character Qianlong mark seal at the bottom.
