Note:
Cui Guoqin, born in 1957 in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, is a qualified craftsman assessed by the Yixing City Vocational Reform Office. In 1973, he joined the Yixing Purple Sand Craft Factory and learned his art from Zhang Honghua. In 1994, his work “Nine-Headed Fragrant Bamboo Tea Set” won the third prize in the Fifth National Ceramic Design and Creation Competition.

崔国琴（女），1957年生于江苏宜兴，工艺美术师（宜兴市职改办评定）。1973年进宜兴紫砂工艺厂，师从张红华学艺，1991年任艺培中心技术辅导，1994年作品《九头香竹提梁茶具》获全国第五届陶瓷设计创作评比三等奖，现宜兴方圆紫砂工艺有限公司工作室从艺。
