《阅微草堂笔记》原名《阅微笔记》，是清朝翰林院庶吉士出身的纪昀于乾隆五十四年（公元1789年）至嘉庆三年（公元1798年）间以笔记形式所编写成的文言短篇志怪小说。
“Yuewei Thatched Cottage Notes” was originally called “Yuewei Notes”, which was written in the form of notes by Ji Yun, who was born in the Imperial Academy of the Qing Dynasty, from the fifty-fourth year of Qianlong (AD 1789) to the third year of Jiaqing (AD 1798). A short story about strange things in classical Chinese.
