Deep dish with white porcelain body and cobalt blue underglaze with gold gilding. Central motif features bhavacakra Tibetan Buddhist wheel of life. Four trapezoidal clusters of flowers decorate the curvature of the dish. Rim includes a band of blue with abstract pattern. Rear includes Japanese Porcelain Ware mark.
